Write it аll down.
Ask your self and answer to:
What inspires you?
What gives you pure joy?
What do you love about yourself?
Do you take care of you as you would for a VIP?
Are you gentle and understanding to You?
Do you express every thing to You, or you keep Your heart quiet?
Do you follow Your Heart?
Do you choose to make an excuse why you do not follow Your heart?
Do you take responsibility for Your current state?
Do you breathe consciously?
Are you ready to make a change?
Write down the answers:

Read it, consciously say it.
