Smoothie Bowl with Cardamon and Lemon

Before I go for my usual run in the morning, I usually prepare this bow to eat it after I come back. Today I had it prior to my exercise and it felt awesome.;)

Cardamon is great for the digestive system and calms down sensitive stomach.

It has a wonderful aroma too.

Needed;

Avocado 1

Banana 1 (frozen can be used)

Green apple 1

The juice and the zest of 1 lemon

Grounded cardamon 1/2 tsp

Coconut milk 400ml

To do:

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Serve with lemon zest and sprinkled cardamon.
