Roasted Almonds with Coconut Flakes


These almonds are great to enjoy for a snack, over a salad or smoothie bowl.

I love them and they are a "member" of my pantry.

To make them you need to soak them in water for at least 8 hours ( I do it overnight).

Rinse them well and paper towel dry them.

Sprinkle with salt and coconut flake and roast them in the oven @180 degrees Celsius for about 12 min or until you begin to feel the yummy smell spreading from the oven;)

needed:

almonds 200g

coconut flakes 2Tbsp

sea salt to taste
