This is a brand new format that creates space for learning and working in a safe environment of likeminded people. 4 day course to introduce you and let you in the mode of inner transFormation. The course is open to everyone interested and willing to dive into the work of understanding the root cause of your mental emotional and physical state. Mindset, movement, physiology. nutrition and self love and care are addressed into four 1 hour video sessions.
